I have been dealing with a garage door that won't stay closed. I called Door To Door Garage Doors. Matt notified me a half hour before he arrived which I greatly appreciated since it was 8:30 in the morning. He worked quickly and explained everything that had to be fixed and how the new keypad worked. He also showed me what he was doing and made sure I knew how to use the keypad. He was gracious, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call Door To Door when we want to upgrade our garage door openers, and I will recommend them to my friends.

I agree with all the great reviews of this honest, super-competent business. One of our cars was trapped in the garage over the weekend by a broken torsion door spring and an unraisable door.
Steve understood the problem completely over the phone on Monday morning and quickly dispatched an incredibly skillful technician, Alan, who fixed the critical mistakes made by the barely-competent crew sent from another "company" who had worked for many hours on Sunday with no success in raising the door high enough to get the car out. The door works perfectly now after Alan's repairs and adjustments.

Amazing service! Within 30 minutes after phone call for repair, 2 service men were at my house and were fixing the problem with my garage door. Couldn’t imagine more prompt and wonderful service.
