Maybe the best contractor I've ever had to deal with. After a manufacturing problem with original installed door Steve not only was proactive in getting the entire door replaced by the manufacturer but gave me back my money saying he did not want to be paid until I was completely satisfied.Who does that? After getting the run around from another company I called Door to Door....I called Friday afternoon and told them I needed a new door opener....they were here on time bright and early Monday morning...installed a new opener and even programmed my existing opener to work with the new one....polite, professional and knowledgeable....We will be looking to replace our garage doors very soon and I will most definitely be calling them for this project. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had an emergency, where the spring broke off one side of our double width garage door, and bent the track, completely trapping our cars in the garage. We called Door 2 Door first thing in the morning the next day, and they were here within an hour. They recommended a safer system for our old garage door, and were able to go get the parts and fix the door later the same day. Excellent customer service, quick response time, reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Steve and all the guys at Door to Door are efficient, polite, and honest. They came on time, installed my door wonderfully, and quadruple checked to make sure it worked perfectly before they left. They guide you through the process and answer any questions you have. Wonderful team!

I appreciate that they were able to get to my job within one business day. They arrived on time, did the job and were on their way. Very convenient and they were very pleasant. Explained what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. Also, they were very up front about the estimated costs associated with my repair.
